CSI Houston Chapter is proud to once again extend an invitation to play as a special guest in our 19th Annual Golf Tournament. The first 36 architects or engineers that confirm their attendance will be our special guests for a fun filled afternoon of golf including a light lunch before tee off and awards presentation following the tournament. Please note our new location this year, Southwyck Golf Club in Pearland, TX.

Mitigation of Moisture Problems with Concrete

Mr. Lemanno’s presentation will review common moisture problems associated with cast-in-place concrete and will highlight products on the market which can aid in the mitigation of those problems.
The presentation will inform the design professional and contractor about the selection of appropriate products to expedite installation of finish products over concrete and maximize their success.
In his position as technical marketing manager, Mr. Lamanno is responsible for providing technical support for flooring adhesives and accessories to Franklin International customers across the United States.
Mr. Lamanno has more than 29 years of experience in the flooring industry. During a decade Armstrong World Industries Mr. Lamanno held positions as training manager for technical services, distribution claims manager and, ultimately, regional installation manager. Mark is also an installation school instructor with both the National Wood Flooring Association (NWFA) and National Oak Flooring Manufacturers Association (NOFMA). In addition, he is a member of the NWFA Educational Installation Committee.
